Welcome to The Sparkle Journey™. This 12-step online program was created to help you pause, reflect, reset, and reconnect with the woman you are becoming. We begin with an intake assessment to establish your personal starting point, then guide you through weekly check-ins, activities, reflections, and supportive lessons that work alongside the Oh! She Sparkles book. Each step is designed to help you rebuild confidence, recognize your strengths, release what no longer serves you, and take small but meaningful actions toward feeling more like yourself again. Your sparkle was never gone — this journey simply helps you find your way back to it.
