At What's Poppin' USA we value you!

By using our website, you can be assured to know that we will NEVER sell or share your information outside of the WPUSA family of companies, which include What's Poppin' USA,  #ItsTeaTime by What's Poppin' USA, SerendipiTEA, the Hats N Heels Tea Party, and any events, products, services that we offer and/or are collaborating on with a partnering business.

SMS Messages: If you've subscribed to receive the TEA on events, Tea Party fun and all the associated Sparkle. ✨, AND submitted your telephone number (which was optional), you will receive SMS text messages by phone until you OPT OUT on the message or by changing your settings in your account.

REFUND POLICY

HERE'S THE TEA ON REFUNDS...

 

OUR EVENTS:

Oh MY! Are you unable to make it? My dear, we don't allow refunds on our events, unless we cancel it ourselves.

Guest tickets are full non-refundable. Vendor Tickets are non-refundable, but ARE transferable for up to 180 days from the event date that you weren't able to make. In order to benefit from the transfer, you MUST email us at whatspoppinusa@gmail.com, ATTN: VENDOR TRANSFER at least 7 (SEVEN) calendar days before the event date. 

 

DIGITAL BOOKS & WORKSHOPS:

Sorry, darling. There aren't any returns on Digital Items.

 

CLOTHING:

Our apparel and such is NOT manufactured in house and is supplied by an outside vendor. Shipping and delivery times in the lower 48 contiguous states usually range within 14 calendar days, however do not usually take that long. If your product arrived defective, please follow the return instructions below.

 

We DO NOT allow returns on personal items, such as hats and undergarments (for obvious cooties reasons).

 

We WILL allow returns on UNWORN dresses and Wraps and Stoles with original tags still attached to the garment. You must EMAIL US at whatspoppinusa@gmail.com ATTN: RETURNS within 5 days of RECEIPT of the item to inform us of a manufacturer's defect and receive a refund of the SALES price. Instructions will be send via email in response to the request for a refund of your SALES price. Refund will be issued once the item is in return transit.

 

Gloves and jewelry must be unworn and present an unfixable manufacturer's defect for return. You must EMAIL US at whatspoppinusa@gmail.com ATTN: RETURNS within 5 days of RECEIPT of the item to inform us of a manufacturer's defect and receive a refund of the SALES price. Instructions will be sent via email in response to the request for a refund of your SALES price. Refunds will be issued once the item is in return transit.
