4th Annual Hats N Heels Tea Party™
2025 Tea
In 2025 the Hats N Heels Tea Party™ adopted a charitable stance, in alignment with the other events hosted by WPUSA, and focused its efforts on women-veterans and women that are military-adjacent.
With a little help from Becky and Jobina on ATL Live, Private Sponsors and a little out of Lena's disability check, the Tea was able to fill the house and sponsor 10 Women veterans to either sit down for full Tea Service or vend their wares and services.
Being an Air Force veteran, this mission was close to Lena's heartstrings. It was held at the local American Legion Post 232 in Snellville, Georgia, where she is a member.
This year's teddy bear installation had a new addition. Lady Ursa was joined by her younger cousin, PoppyPetalcakes!
Mama's Closet was a confidence-boosting hit, along with the Fascinator Making Station and Scavener Hunt!
But the real gem of the afternoon was Our Keynote Speaker, Alisha D Brown emphazing that YOU ARE ENOUGH! Followed up by Beverly Williams of the Regal School of Etiquette, and of course Tea! Huge Shouts out to Trinity Flowers & Gifts, On the Rocxs Mobile Bartending, Kings Kreations and Lovely Desserts ATL.

In our 3rd year, the Hats N Heels Tea Party™ received its Federal Trademark. Whoohoo!
This year we scaled back down to just the one Georgia Tea, and hosted for our final time at the Norcross Cultural Arts Ballroom.
Spillin' the Tea here - Emphasizing final. Even after 3 years in the Historic area, we received dismal support from the local businesses in the area, and even received some unmentionable and unsavory in-kind donations from the local, long-standing antique store in the area. *sigh*
But shouting out our local area sponsors that did come shining through for us- Taste of Britain, Designs in Flowers and NX Vinyl. Thank you!!
It was otherwise a success as our GIANT 7-foot Teddy Bear, Lady Ursa of Bearimore Estates, made her grand appearance and Mama's (Dress-Up) Closet went into full Chippendale Settee overdrive!
1st & 2nd Annual Hats N Heels Tea Party™
2022 & 2023 Tea
In the Spring of 2022, the Hats N Heels Tea Party was created to showcase women-owned business in the theme of a vintage 1930's-1960's tea party- complete with tiered towers, petticoats and all the girlie fluff you can handle.
Our first Tea was held at the Norcross Cultural Arts Ballroom in Historic Norcross, Georgia.
In the Spring of 2023, we were ambitious and held TWO Teas in TWO different states, on back-to-back weekends - both in Georgia and Connecticut. Our Georgia Tea was again at the Norcross Cultural Arts Ballroom in Historic Norcross, and the Connecticut Tea was held at the Whitneyville Cultural Commons in Hamden.
Such beautiful and vibrant women business owners and guests, a well-stocked hot and cold Tea Bar, two sets of folks, two unique vibes and one super tired Tea Party Lady!
